Welcome to the USFL/WFL

Please welcome PrivateSnowflake to the USFL/WFL as he takes over the Memphis Showboats. He is the fifth Memphis coach in three seasons. Most of this league's franchises have had stable leadership, but Memphis has been an exception, which is a head-scratcher. This is a franchise with a lot of potential.
